Probably the best place to find the typical resort accommodation is Antigua. One such traditional type resort is the Villa Antigua. While it is no mammoth Sandals resort, it does feature of number of resort amenities like a large conference/dining room, workout area, kitchenettes, a large pool, and many other amenities you would expect to find in a real resort.
